I have finally gotten around to using the dehydrator I got for Christmas and it is indeed everything. Kale chips, dried tomatoes, dried chick peas, jerky, etc. It's v. low electricity, v. easy to use and I highly recommend getting one. Seasoning is tricky. I either do too much or too little.
