Inspired by the Rites of Glamour
Rebecca Goyette, a student of mine, has an solo exhibit at Shelter Gallery called Fortuna's Wheel.
We have been working on an exciting crossover happening this Saturday where I will be presenting mini workshops and mini events and then a Rite to Fortuna and a post ritual feast with champagne cocktail Fortuna's Kiss. My book will be available for purchase.
Mini Events and Workshops (offered throughout the day):
Mini event: Fortuna’s Fate (Three card tarot readings)
Mini event: Glamour and Fortuna (the lipstick/mirror thing)
Mini event: Deb reads from Glamour Magic
Mini workshop: Drawing Fortuna’s thread (Drop Spindle class)
Mini workshop: Fixing Candles to Fortuna
Mini workshop: A meditation to Fortuna (Fortuna Favors the Bold – drawing back that boldness)
5pm: Rite to Fortuna - There will be a pre ritual explanation of what will be happening, all participation is optional. All respectful attendees welcome!
Post Ritual Feast - Please bring something to share for our post ritual grazing board. "Heavier" food such as bread, cheese, dried meats, nuts, etc are especially welcome as rituals make people hungry! Please bring food that doesn't need prep. Fortuna's Kiss champagne cocktails will be provided by me.
